For years I have been trying to figure out how to cure acne or at least lessen it tremendously. People who have never suffered from acne do not know how terribly insecure and depressed you can get when you suffer from acne especially when you have severe acne. You don’t need to suffer any longer.
This is what you need to buy…
-
over the counter salicylic acid wash or cream or ointment, it doesn’t matter. The active ingredient must be
only Salicylic Acid. It must be at least 2% or higher.
-
Same as above but Glycolic acid as the
only active ingredient. It must be at least 6% or higher.
-
Benzoyl peroxide cream, or lotion and must be 5% or higher. I would start out with 5% to see how that works and then move up to 10% if needed and if your skin can tolerate it. Store in fridge.
Here it is…
Every night for 6 weeks (or until acne clears), I mean every night this is what you must do.
-
cleanse face
-
while face is still damp put about a nickel size amount of salicylic acid in the palm of your hand, add a little water and put all over your face avoiding the eye area. Let sit on your skin for about 3-5 minutes then rinse off.
-
Do the same thing with the glycolic acid.
-
Get a baggie filled with ice and the benzoyl peroxide out of the fridge. Cool your palm with the ice then add about a nickel size of benzoyl peroxide to your palm with a little cold water. Quickly apply to face before it gets warm. Apply the ice all over you face if possible or to periodic places at different times. Your face should be very cold, red and moist but it should not hurt. Try to do this for 10 minutes or at least 3 (the longer the better)
-
When done, pat skin dry. You may remove the benzoyl peroxide if you like but do not need to. Apply a good dermatologist recommended oil free lotion.
Use my acne toner made with pure essential oils. It heals, kills bacteria, sooths, and refreshes the skin. I have tested this for 6 months on myself and on numerous other people and it has decreased their acne significantly. Also using my microdermabrasion crystals every 3 days will unclog your pores and remove dry/dead skin. Acne comes from within the body (vitamins or lack there of, hormones, stress ect.) and outside the body (lack of water, oxygen, dirt, oil sitting on skin. clogged pores ect).
(you may want to take oil vitamins like fish oil, cod liver oil, and primrose oil, this will help with some skin dryness and drink a lot of water)
How it works. Well , most acne sufferers have tried all three of these ingredients at one time or another and may have even tried them at the same time but not one works by itself and when combined can deactivate one another. Salicylic acid when applied first opens the plugged follicles, and removes dead skin cells. This helps eliminate clogged pores as well as help the skin renew itself. Glycolic Acid, stimulates the skin (you will feel it tingle) and weakens and loosens the “glue” holding the clog. Benzoyl Peroxide destroys the bacteria/clog and helps prevent future pimples. Simple. If you cannot find a over the counter product with Glycolic Acid in it alot of dermatologist offices sell these creams. Using just the Salicylic Acid and the Benzoyl Peroxide is also effective.
After your acne disappears, do the treatment about every 3 days or so as a preventative measure, you be the judge. Practice good skin care; washing day and night, exfoliation every few days, masks once a week, a
good toner every day after washing, and don’t forget your moisturizer. Please try this, it worked for me. Also email me with your progress.
This treatment should work for at least 70% or more sufferers. If this does not work for you, then you have severe acne that needs a little more extreme treatment from the inside as well as out. You should see a dermatologist and they may recommend that you take one or more of the following; Birth control pills, Tetracycline, Retin A, and even possibly Accutane. No, one should have to suffer with acne. There is a solution; you just have to find the right one for you.
Don't forget to try my toner. It is wonderful in not only fighting acne but soothing it as well.
